Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid HinduPanjang subscriptions, add-ons, and one-time purchases processed through Razorpay on hindupanjang.com (the “Service”). Free trial access, where offered, is not a paid purchase and is not eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellation

You may stop using a paid plan at any time. To cancel a subscription or request that it not renew:

• Use the Account page when cancellation controls are available for your plan, or
• Contact us via the Contact Us form, email, or phone listed on that page

After cancellation, access typically continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for, unless we state otherwise when confirming your request. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund; refunds are governed by the sections below.

3. Refunds

HinduPanjang provides digital astrology tools, reports, and related services. Because access is delivered electronically, paid purchases are generally non-refundable once the Service (or a full horoscope / paid feature) has been made available to your account.

We may consider a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis when:

• You were charged in error (duplicate payment or incorrect amount)
• A technical failure on our side prevented delivery of the paid feature you purchased
• Applicable law requires a refund

Refund requests should be sent promptly through Contact Us with your registered email, payment reference (Razorpay payment ID if available), and a short description of the issue.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay. Banking timelines vary; after we initiate a refund, it may take several business days to appear on your statement. We will confirm the outcome of your request by email or through the contact channel you used.

Use of the Service remains subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Razorpay’s own terms also apply to payment processing.
