1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using HinduPanjang (hindupanjang.com) and related apps, websites, and services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of the Service

HinduPanjang provides Vedic astrology and Hindu panchang tools and content, including:

• Daily, monthly, and yearly panchang, festivals, and fasting (viratham) information
• Horoscope / kundali generation (high-level free views and full reports where offered)
• Numerology, arudam decision tools, marriage matching (porutham), and dosha calculators
• Muhurtham, Gowri, stars/karanam, Tara, Chandrabalam, Manaiyadi, Shodasa, Pancha Pakshi, Hora, and related utilities
• Planet position / transition tools, analysis helpers, Indu Lagna, Vivaga Chakra, and similar calculators
• Matrimony profile features, blog content, and guest or account support chat
• Optional paid subscriptions, one-time full horoscope purchases, and WhatsApp alert notifications

Features may change, be limited by region or plan, or require an account.

3. Informational nature of astrology content

All calculations, charts, predictions, matching results, muhurtham suggestions, and related content are provided for informational, cultural, and entertainment purposes. They are not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service. Results depend on inputs you provide (such as birth date, time, and place) and chosen ayanamsha or calculation options; incorrect inputs may produce incorrect outputs.

4. Accounts, trials, and paid offerings

Some features require registration. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

• A free trial (where offered) may apply once per user under our current plan rules
• Individual and Family subscription plans may unlock unlimited full horoscope access and related benefits
• Family plans may include multiple profiles and optional extra-member add-ons
• One-time full horoscope purchases may be available separately from subscriptions
• WhatsApp alerts (for example daily prediction, birth-star, or viratham reminders) may be included with eligible plans when you opt in and provide a valid contact number

Prices, plan limits, and inclusions are shown on the Pricing and Account pages and may change. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Razorpay; their terms also apply. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive rates, or disrupt operations
• Submit unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or infringing content via contact forms, chat, matrimony profiles, or other inputs
• Impersonate others or misuse another person’s birth or personal data without appropriate rights or consent
• Resell or redistribute paid reports or alert content in a way that violates these terms or applicable law

6. User-submitted content

If you submit messages, profile details, or other content, you retain ownership of your material but grant HinduPanjang a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the Service (for example support chat replies or matrimony profile display). You represent that you have the right to submit that content.

7. Intellectual property

The Service’s software, branding, layout, documentation, and original content are owned by HinduPanjang or its licensors. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by law.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (including alerts and calculators) with or without notice. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HinduPanjang and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of the Service, astrology outputs, payment processing outages, or third-party platforms (including payment gateways and messaging providers). Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or a nominal amount if you used only free features.
